4. Setting up automatic emails to be sent to our clients of homes meeting our clients criteria when new homes appear on the market.

5. Negotiating the agreement for purchasing the clients home of choice to get the best possible terms.

6. Monitoring the transaction once a contract has been accepted by all parties.

7. Setting up and attending home inspections, radon inspections, lead base inspections, and other inspections needed to ensure our clients understand the condition of the home they are purchasing.

8. Monitoring any contingencies that are present in the contract.

9. Setting up to ensure a reputable title company is ready to close the transaction.

10. Working with the client to ensure that all agreed upon items are completed in accordance with the terms of the contract.

11. Attending settlement with the client.

12. Any other necessary items to make sure our clients are protected in the home buying process.
